Born in McGhee, Arkansas. Retired from Park Drop Forge in the 1980's. Preceded in death by his beloved wife Mary Louise. He is mourned and missed by his daughter Gary, grandchildren Angela and John, great grands Rayanna, Isaiah, and Xavier, son-in-law John, sister Mattie Atkins and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Viewing Tuesday, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. (family hour 5-7 p.m.) at Strowder's Funeral Home, 822 E. 105th St. Funeral service will be Wednesday, 10:30 a.m. at St. Timothy Missionary Baptist Church, 7101 Carnegie Ave. Family will receive friends at 10 a.m.
