Warner Leroy Brown, Sr. was born to Leona Howard and Mitchell Monroe Brown, Jr., on August 13, 1932, in Pickens, Mississippi. Warner was preceded in death by his: Mother, Father, Brother, Two Sisters and Son, Warner L. Brown, Jr.

He gave his life to Christ at an early age. He joined and was a baptized active member at Glenville Seventh Day AdventistChurch. He served as Head Deacon, and Assistant Sabbath School Teacher over the years.

Warner was educated in the Cleveland Public School System. He served in the U.S. Army in the Korean War. He retired from the Aluminum Company of America (ALCOA) after 32 years of service, where he also served as a Union Representative. He was the owner of Brown Automotive, Co., providing extensive vehicle repair for over 70 years. He was a member of the Cleveland Lee-Harvard Auxiliary Police Unit.

Warner's talents and hobbies were many, including playing harmonica, and being an active member of a CB Radio Club. He was married to Rachel Brown and combined they had five children.

Warner departed this life on February 10, 2023. He leaves to mourn his wife Rachel Brown, four daughters, Diane Brown, Marilyn Brown, Janice Brown Sills (Howard), and Lisa Brown, a special nephew Brian Burton (Danette), nine grandchildren,

Don-el, Devon, Marlonn, Daniel, Jamar, Siron (Lachina), Le-nee, Alexander (Alexandrea), and Anthony (Bianca). Twelve great grand-children, two sisters Marvelous Moore and Sharon Moore (Benjamin), four sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law, three God-children, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
