Beloved father of Kim Tolbert and Gay Love. VISITATION 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. Thursday at Strowder's Funeral Home, 822 E. 105 ST. WAKE at 10:00 a.m. and FUNERAL SERVICE will be 10:30 a.m. Friday July 11TH at Morning Star Baptist Church, 10250 Shaker Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44104.
