Sylvester leaves behind to celebrate his new life in heaven: wife Carolyn, daughter Tenisha, two grandsons Demario and Davion, granddaughter Rayonna, three sisters: Connie Wilcoxson, Gail Whitfield, Susan Harris; brothers-in-law Norman Paige, Sherman Partridge, Donald Partridge, Calvin Partridge, Juan Johnson and Devell Ramzy; and a host of nieces, nephews relatives and friends.  Sylvester came from a very large family; he was the last living  male in the family. Seven of his siblings preceded him in death: Anthony Davis, Philip Smith, Ronnie Pollard, Joseph Jr. Pollard, Beatrice Cook, Margret Paige and Anna Jean Pollard.
