Katrina Manns was born on October 27,1957 to the late Christina Jackson, nee Manns in Cleveland, Ohio. She was the fourth child out of eight children.

Katrina stared her educated in the Cleveland public schools then moved on to obtain her bachelor's degree in Accounting at Cuyahoga Community College. She joined in matrimony to her late ex-husband Charles Earl Smith in 1974. Then they relocated to Pittsburg, Pennsylvania where they resided for the next 20 years. Seven children were born to this union: Shawn Nicole, Charles Earl, Christopher Earl, Shannon Earl, Jarvis Earl, Jarred Earl, Le'Anna Darcell.

Katrina returned to Cleveland Ohio to pursue her career goals. She would go on to work for the next 30 year in her field as an accounting agent. She was currently work for Applied Industry Technology as an account manager.

Katrina married Clifford E. Allen in 2004 in Cleveland Ohio She was a devoted wife and mother. She was involved in an array of activities that included crafting, sewing, cooking, interior decorating & home remolding, She enjoyed watching her favorite TV program on HGTV, and her Browns. She was an attending member of The Church On the North Coast in Wickliffe, Ohio.

On November 30, 2022, Katrina was called home to rest. She is preceded in death by her mother Christina Jackson.

Katrina leaves to cherish her precious memory, her husband Clifford E. Allen; children, Shawn Nicole, Charles Earl, Christopher Earl, Shannon Earl, Jarvis Earl, Jarred Earl and Le'Anna Darcell Smith; grandchildren, Sharelle La'Shae, Shantelle Da'Shane, Tony Lavelle, Iris Gonzales, Carmen Milagros, Zoey Kennedy, Shannon Earl Jr., Kristian Lee, Jiri Greene, Jorai Dior, Maddison Avery, Ayres Earl, Shyanna Aszanee, Cameron Lanier and Akeera Jazmine; great-grandchildren, Kevin Lamont, Riley Jalen, Ky'lon De'Royal and Raiden Tony; siblings, Lester (Cathy), Deborah (Kenneth), Everett, Samuel, David, William, Jonas (Nita) and a host of nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
