Beloved mother of Traci Simmons and Tonya Wynn (Teon); loving sister of Hiawatha Steele, James Perkins (Barbara), Gervis West, Jackson Perkins, and Louise Carr. MEMORIAL SERVICE will be Saturday, Jan 6, 1 p.m. at Strowder's Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at 12:30 p.m.
