Beloved husband of Lillian for 43 years; loving father of: Josetta, Elbert (Bae Bae), Carla, and Janet; grandfather of Monique, Nicole, Antwon, Terrell, Imani and Devontez; and great-grandfather of: Jada, Zyion, Zyneema-Simone, Jaycion, and Harlin; and great- great-grandfather of: Quincy and Jajuan Carter; brother of Evelyn Collier and Curtis Sutton. VIEWING Friday March 13 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. WAKE and SERVICE on Saturday March 14 at Second Calvary Missionary Baptist Church,12017 Emery Road,Cleveland, Ohio 44135. Joe will be laid to rest at West Park Cemetery.
