Beloved son of Shirley Riggins and the late Jerry Collins; stepson of David Riggins; father of Carnita Williams, Kennedy Russell, and Justice Golden; brother of Erika Wright and Janeen Collins; stepbrother of Octavia Riggins and Alicia Riggins. VIEWING Thursday,10 a.m. - 7 p.m.; WAKE and SERVICE Friday, 10:30 a.m. at Strowder's Funeral Home. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery.
