Harold E. Spinks was born to George W. Spinks Sr. and Minnie L. Spinks on February 23, 1951. Harold was baptized and a member of the Cleveland Church of Christ. He left behind his sister Marcia A. Peak and brother George W. Spinks, his wife Linda J. Spinks; he also leaves  former wife Laura, and son Jason. He now lives in paradise. Rest In Peace.
