Beloved husband of the late Alberta, father of the late Hilton and Stanley, brother of the late Marvine; loving grandfather of Marcus Hart, Amanda Hart and Precious Philpot; father-in-law of Jewel Philpot, great-grandfather of Jordan Jones; uncle to a host of nephews, nieces and other relatives around the country, many in law enforcement. VIEWING Friday, Jan. 11 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. WAKE and SERVICES Saturday, Jan. 12 at New Sardis Baptist Church, 3474 E. 147th St. Cleveland. INTERMENT at Cleveland Memorial Gardens.
