David Phillips, loving son and brother, passed away July 29. VIEWING Friday Aug. 9, 10 – 7 p.m. at Strowder's Funeral Home, 822 E. 105th St. Cleveland, OH 44108. WAKE and SERVICE at Noon, Saturday Aug. 10 at Strowder's Funeral Home.
