Carol Ann Bumpers passed away peacefully at the age of 82 on May 18th 2023.

Carol was born on June 9th 1940 in Chicago, Illinois to Willy and Betty Washington.

Carol graduated from High School, moved to Cleveland, and went on to marry George Bumpers in 1965 and gave birth to Keith and Kevin Bumpers shortly afterwards. George and Carol divorced but remained good friends throughout the years. Carol excelled at her administrative position at Warner and Swazy until 1980 when she set out on her dream to pursue a career in fashion design. Anyone that knew her knows that she had an incredible sense of style and a flair for elegance. She studied in New York City for a few year and returned home to start her own fashion business.

She is survived by sons Keith and Kevin Bumpers; cousins Kathy Smith, George McClain, Rodger McClain, David and Edward Amos; nieces Desiree and Deirdre Williams; nephew Dennis Williams and she also leaves a host of dear friends, whom she cherished throughout the years.
