BERTHA LEE GILMORE age 83 transitioned into eternity on Monday, May 23; beloved wife of the late Maurice Gilmore Sr., loving mother of Maurice Gilmore Jr. (Esterly), Dr. Robert Melvin Gilmore, Paula Renee Elder (Eric), and step daughter Melody Jean Stewart; devoted grandmother of Andrea Anderson, Robin Marie Gilmore, Ryan Michelle Gilmore (mother Kim Gilmore) and Eric Edward Elder; dear sister of Lucille, Emma, Annie Bell, Robert, Louise, Eleanor, Ida and Shirley. VIEWING Tuesday, May 31 from 10 a.m - 7 p.m.SERVICES Wednesday, June 1 at Strowder's Funeral home: WAKE 10 a.m. and FUNERAL at 11 a.m. INTERMENT at Lake View Cemetery.
