Adrian Thomas Johnson was born September 1, 1962, in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Buddy Lee and Cornelia Joyce Johnson. He was the sibling of two brothers; Buddy and Kevin.

Adrian graduated from Shaw High School and was employed with Maple Heights School District with his mother Connie . Adrian united in Holy matrimony to Lisa Casey on October 7, 1988, and they were blessed with their son Adrian London Johnson. In 1992 Adrian and Angela Cameron were blessed with their son Cameron Mark Johnson. Adrian loved and cherished both of his sons.

In 2004 through 2007 he worked at Phillip's Construction Company installing dry wall and painting. In 2009 he began working at Red's Automotive Service along with working at From the Ground Up Estimation Services in 2019. He worked for both companies until his passing. Along with his employment, Adrian was also the handyman for family and friends. He would work on cars, landscape yards, complete work in homes as well as wash cars. He was the guy that everyone called upon when they needed help, and he was always there lending a helping hand.

Adrian had something special about him, whereas even if you were upset with him, you could not stay away from him. His kind and humorous spirit automatically drew you to him. He had wisdom and knowledge that he shared as well as a lot of fun and laughter. Adrian had great love for his family, especially his mom. He and his mom had a unique kind of relationship; he fussed at her, she fussed at him but they each loved, cared for, worried about, and leaned on each other for support. Adrian would often say that he did not know what he would do if something happened to his mother. He also had a special relationship with his brothers Buddy and Kevin. They hung out on a regular for days at a time, listening to music, laughing, confiding in one another and they always stood by each other's side.

Most know that Adrian had his struggles but even through them he loved and protected his family and friends no matter what, as they loved and protected him. He will be tremendously missed and memories of him will last forever in our hearts.

Adrian is preceded in death are his parents Buddy Lee and Cornelia Joyce Johnson and his older brother Buddy Johnson. He leaves to cherish loving memories to his sons: Adrian Johnson and Cameron Johnson. His younger brother Kevin Johnson (Sharyn), grandchildren: Adrianna, London, Laila, Chase, and Cree along with a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
